and for today:( use this information wisely )

so now we have the triple sec of finding there's a thread
connecting all we thought historic; .. over...old...& dead
so this life adds tequila and we drink the past today
we find old lives awoken in sweet bitter of this day

we've come to come together once again and make a pledge
to join ourselves together, mend and blend up to this edge
salt and acid sharpening another taste of life
experience begs memory as feeling brought by strife

ice cold and bitter feels so good.. as long as it's short lived
and can melt and join the body where there's depth and warmth to give
experiences come and go and make us who we are
& who we are is who we've been , both up close and from far

never is there light in this life without shadow too
growth requires we see and deal with grit and grime and goo
we see ourselves becoming .. as a whole and as our parts
we see both light AND shadow when we witness from our hearts

we know the truth of this life is duality as heart
sometimes we're the asshole .... sometimes we're the fart
